Tory Clarke

A Co-founder and Partner of Bridge Partners LLC, Tory works on senior level search assignments for private sector, public sector and non-profit clients, across all functions.

Before forming Bridge Partners LLC, in 2003, Tory was a consultant in Whitehead Mann’s US Retail and Diversity practices, having joined the New York based team in 2000. Prior to her move to the US, she spent several years with Whitehead Mann’s European Consumer practice, headquartered in London.

Earlier in her career, Tory was with STCP, a boutique London-based search firm, working across a variety of sectors including consumer, pharmaceutical and industrial.

Tory currently serves on the Board of Directors for Streetwise Partners, Inc., a non-profit organization that develops workplace skills for low income individuals. From 2001 to 2007, she served as President of the Executive Search Roundtable, a non-profit organization representing the search industry.

Tory received an MA degree from the University of Edinburgh.


Larry Griffin

A Co-founder and Partner of Bridge Partners LLC, Larry has conducted in excess of 150 senior level diversity assignments within the for-profit and non-profit sectors. These assignments have ranged from organizational leaders (CEO’s, Executive Directors and Presidents), to functional heads (CFO's, CMO's and CIO's) and Director and Vice President-level searches.

Larry has conducted searches for a variety of industries, including healthcare, consumer goods, retail, financial services and industrial. He has been in executive search since 1986.

Before forming Bridge Partners LLC, in 2003, Larry was co-head of Whitehead Mann’s Diversity practice and a consultant in the Consumer team. Earlier in his career, he spent several years with Korn/Ferry International's worldwide Consumer practice; and previously worked as a consultant with Richard Clarke Associates, where he conducted diversity assignments in the information services, consumer goods and non-profit sectors.

Larry has participated as a panelist and speaker at many conferences related to diversity, recruiting and mentorship. He holds a BA from the University of Colorado.


 
Janet Albert

A Partner of Bridge Partners LLC, Janet works on senior level search assignments for nonprofit and private sector clients, across all functions. Clients range from founder-led and family-owned organizations to large publicly traded entities. Janet’s functional experience spans general management, finance, operations, human resources and information technology.

Before joining Bridge Partners LLC, in 2010, Janet was a Senior Director in the executive search practice of The Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit consulting firm that helps nonprofit leaders to develop strategies and build organizations that inspire and accelerate social change.

Earlier in her career, Janet was a consultant with the executive search firm Whitehead Mann, working across a variety of sectors with a particular focus on due diligence projects for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. She started her career in executive search working for a privately held firm in the UK, where she spent seven years as a generalist recruiter.

Janet graduated from Ithaca College with a BA in Anthropology and received a MA in International Relations from The University of Sheffield. She currently serves as a volunteer mentor for Year Up, a nonprofit that provides urban young adults with training and support enabling them to move on to full-time employment and higher education.
