A Co-founder and Partner of Bridge Partners LLC, Tory works on senior level search assignments across all functions, predominantly for international retail and consumer goods clients.

Tory was previously a consultant in Whitehead Mann's US Retail and Diversity practices, having joined the New York based team in 2000. Prior to working in the US, she was with Whitehead Mann's European Consumer practice, headquartered in London.

Earlier in her career, Tory was with STCP, a boutique London-based search firm, working across a variety of sectors including consumer, pharmaceutical and industrial. She began her search career in the research function for an investment banking focused firm.

Tory serves on the Board of Directors for Streetwise Partners, Inc., a non-profit organization that develops workplace skills for low income individuals. From 2001 to 2007, she served as President of the Executive Search Roundtable, a non-profit organization representing the search industry. Tory received an MA degree from the University of Edinburgh.

A Co-founder and Partner of Bridge Partners LLC, Larry has conducted in excess of 100 senior level diversity assignments. These assignments have ranged from CFO's, CMO's and CIO's, to Directors and Vice Presidents.

Larry has conducted searches for a variety of industries, including consumer goods, retail, financial services and industrial. He has been in executive search since 1986 and has served businesses ranging from small private firms to middle-market and multinational public companies.

Larry was previously co-head of Whitehead Mann's Diversity practice and a consultant in the Consumer team. Earlier in his career, he was a member of Korn/Ferry International's worldwide Consumer practice; before that he spent five years as a consultant with Richard Clarke Associates, where he conducted targeted assignments in the information services, consumer goods and non-profit sectors. He holds a BA from the University of Colorado.

Christine conducts senior level searches across multiple industries and functions.

Prior to joining Bridge Partners LLC, Christine was a Senior Associate with Beacon Search Group, a boutique executive search firm executing searches for the financial services, consumer packaged goods and industrial sectors.

She began her search career at Kelly Services, joining as a Business Development Manager and quickly being promoted to management of the Philadelphia Branch.

Earlier in her career, Christine spent five years in the human resources function at Pitney Bowes, the world’s leading provider of mailstream solutions. She was responsible for the management and expansion of two talent pipelines: the Executive MBA program and INROADS; she also partnered with HR Leaders in creating processes that enabled effective talent assessments, as well as implementing programs to leverage talent for optimal business development.

Christine holds a BA from The University of Scranton.

Before joining Bridge Partners LLC, Bonnie was an independent research consultant, routinely retained by premier search firms to provide research across most industries and functions.

Bonnie began her executive search career as a research associate at David Brooke Associates, a boutique retained search firm. In the course of a 7 year career with the firm, her roles included Associate Director of the firm’s research department and VP & Director of Research, managing a team of 6 researchers.

Bonnie is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, where she studied business. She is an active member of the Executive Search Roundtable.
