They've created an organization that has built a brand around DEI so that people want to work there and they want to stay there.

Larry partners with clients on leadership assignments within the private, federal/public and non-profit sectors.  

He has been in executive search for nearly 30 years and has recruited diverse leaders across multiple functions from CEO/Executive Directors/Presidents, to functional heads including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and their teams.

Before forming Bridge Partners in 2003, Larry was co-head of Whitehead Mann’s Diversity practice and a consultant in the Consumer team. Earlier in his career, he spent several years with Korn/Ferry International's worldwide Consumer practice; and previously worked as a consultant with Richard Clarke Associates, where he conducted diversity assignments in the information services, consumer goods and non-profit sectors.

Larry has participated as a panelist and speaker at many conferences related to diversity, recruiting and mentorship. He holds a BA from the University of Colorado.
