She has twenty years of experience working in retained and contingent search, corporate human resources and talent acquisition environments. Before joining Bridge Partners, Toya was a Managing Director at a Philadelphia-based boutique retained search firm that focused on the placement of senior level accounting and finance professionals. During her five years there, she also developed a specialization in assisting nonprofit organizations with the recruitment of their executive team members, including Chief Executive Officer, HR, and IT searches.

Earlier in her career, Toya was with AC Lordi Search as a Senior Recruiter before moving to their consulting practice as the Internal Recruiter – Senior Manager, responsible for managing the recruitment and on-boarding process for the Risk Management/Internal Audit and Accounting Services business lines.

She is a graduate of Arcadia University with a BA in Health Administration, where she also served on the Board of Trustees. Toya is currently a member of The Forum of Executive Women, The POWER of Professional Women, and serves as a mentor with Women of Tomorrow. She recently completed the Leadership Philadelphia Core Program, a prestigious executive leadership program that connects the talent of the private sector to serve the Philadelphia community.
