Bridge Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Wang as Chief Counsel – Securities and M&A at The Hershey Company.

Lisa was most recently Vice President Legal – Corporate and Assistant Corporate Secretary at TechnipFMC, a leading technology provider to the tradition and new energy industry, where she oversaw corporate governance, securities compliance, strategic transactions, capital markets, and labor and employment matters. Previously, she was in-house counsel at TransCanada Corporation leading securities and governance legal work. Lisa began her career in the Houston office of the global law firm Baker Botts LLP.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University. 

Lisa joined Hershey last month in a newly-created position and serves as a key member of the legal leadership team. She is based in Houston.
